Spooner Area Youth Hockey Association

Registration Instructions:

You must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2009/2010 season.

• Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2: Return to the Spooner Hockey website and click here to proceed through the Spooner Hockey Player Registration.  During the session, you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

To register with Spooner Hockey, you will be given the option to make your payment on our secure site through your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or PayPal account.

The following registration fees apply:

• Learn to Skate $0
• Mites $185
• Squirts $260
• PeeWees $310
• Bantams $360
• Girls U14/U12 $60

For the Learn To Skate Program, we are requiring the following level of participation for the year:

• Calendar Sales-5 Calendars per family

For all other programs, we are requiring the following levels of participation for the (3) major fundraisers for the year:

• Calendar Sales-13 Calendars per family
• Soup Sales-$150.00 per family
• Super Raffle Tickets-Two tickets per family

Our fundraisers provide us with over half of the income needed to meet our yearly ice rental fees.  Thank you in advance for your participation in this fundraiser.  The dates at which the calendars are due and when other fundraisers will take place will be known at the parents meetings in October.

Spooner Hockey Association is offering a buy-out option for those families who do not want to participate in fundraising.  That amount is $750.00 per family.  This buy-out option will be in addition to your regular registration fees.

All fundraising requirements must be met for the year, in order for your child(ren) to play hockey.

You must print and submit the following USA Hockey form to Spooner Area Youth Hockey Association before your first practice.  Please bring the form to your first team meeting.
